Terms of Service (ToS)

Scope: applies to all registered users and agencies; service is strictly intermediary.
Registration & Identity Verification: required information: name, email, password, phone number; valid ID + selfie required to exclude minors and prevent fraud.
Credit System: virtual credits for one-day profile highlight; credited within 72 hours; valid 12 months, non-refundable.
Fees & Payment: payment methods: Credit, Bank Transfer, CashtoCode; gross prices include 20% VAT; invoice available immediately as PDF.
Withdrawal & Refund: for digital services, withdrawal right ends with service provision; in case of technical failure: credit or full refund.
User Obligations: only own photos and data; prohibited content: minors, violence, discrimination, hate speech, obscene language.
Moderation & Termination: automatic + manual moderation; violations: suspension, deletion, withholding of credits; account deletion at any time, contract terminates, unused credits expire.
Liability Limitation: platform acts as intermediary only; liability only for intentional or grossly negligent damage.
Applicable Law & Disputes: Austrian law applies; disputes settled before competent courts in Vienna.
